Wills aren’t Wills

The 2 categories which affect what type of Will you should have are Financial, and the other is your loved ones (beneficiaries).  The Financial Issues are things such as, the amount of wealth you have, the amount of Life Insurance, your superannuation balance and age, any companies or trusts you control or own these are just a few main ones.

Then there’s people factors; the 2nd category.  Do you have children under or over 18, do you have grandchildren. has anyone a disability or drug, alcohol, or gambling addiction, or any estranged members, does a beneficiary have a job that could be a high risk of being sued (eg a Doctor, solicitor)?

Once all these factors are considered then the right type of Will can be chosen.  However, in certain circumstances, some of the financial issues involved are Strategy Finance issues, yet many people just see a solicitor.

To avoid missing any critical financial issues in you Will drafting, come and talk with Conrad Turnbull, who was a finance expert for a number of years specialising in Estate Planning (Wills) advice.  If certain advice is needed you may need to obtain that from a Finance expert.   With Conrad Turnbull preparing your Will, you will be advised of the financial issues you might wish to obtain finance advice about.
