You’ve been through the emotional and financial worries before and after separating. If you made an agreement about your child and this was made in Court Orders, then you will know what you need to ensure you comply with the Court Orders.
Your Court Order might allow for some flexibility to change dates, or rearrange a week each (or week-about) arrangement too. But what happens if there is constant changing of the Orders and you are getting pushed and pulled around by non-stop changes? You could comply with the Court Orders strictly. You can continue to get pushed and pulled around by the non-stop changes.
